Media On-site Request Form

News media seeking to do on-site coverage in the public, pre-security areas of the airport can simply submit a media on-site request form, which will grant access to the airport’s dedicated media parking lot adjacent to the Terminal 2 curb. Media parking lot access should be requested at least one hour prior to arrival, and applies to credentialed members of the media only. Individuals will be required to show identification to gain entry. Click below to view and submit a form.

Commercial Filming, Videography, and Photography

All commercial filming, videography and photography requests must be reviewed and approved by OAK management. A minimum of two weeks is required for this process. Interested parties should click the button below to view more information and submit a filming permit request.

Free Speech Requests

A free speech permit is required for any free speech activities that take place at OAK. To obtain a permit, please download the Free Speech Permit Application and submit it to Dominic Stuth.
