General Aviation Landing Fees
Starting September 1, 2025, the airport’s landing fees will be billed and collected through Vector Airport Systems’ PLANEPASS® service. Operators can access a self-service portal to view invoices, manage accounts, and make payments, while Touch and Go operations remain exempt from fees. Hangar and Space Rentals
Aviation Properties is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the North Field, including the rental of small, individual T-Hangars and Tie-Downs, and the management of the wait list for these spaces.
General Aviation Waiting Lists

Vehicle Ramp Permits
Aviation Properties is responsible for the management and authorization of the North Field Vehicle Ramp Permits.
